I haven't seen the proxy forms yet as I'm overseas but I understood the SPP offer was for a maximum of $15,000 of shares @ 2.7c each (just over 1/2 million shares per applicant).
How are the directors applying for more than this ?
At least the new year should bring an end to the sub 2.7c price cap on the sp by SI's. Once Galoc II and Galoc North get underway we should see some much needed appreciation in sp and hopefully a good base for further developments & farm-in's
