The following is an extract from BCK’s quarterly. It refers to TPI which is the transport solution for BCK and a couple of others. Don’t know why FMS didn’t jump on board.
BCK are continuing to progress towards production.
“The appeal lodged by TPI in the Supreme Court (Court of Appeal) against the original
Supreme Court finding that Brockman’s Access Proposal was valid and complied with the
requirements of section 8 of the Access Code was heard on 20 August 2015. Brockman is
still awaiting the decision of the Court of Appeal in this matter.”
