re: question about apg Deal sounds great but many conditions make it complex to value.
A couple of questions I have.
1) as APG cash levels are low how will they fund BFS or if I recall they were already started on 30000Tonne SR plant BFS and the money is just the costs to Finnish this uncomplted one off? If they need more money for the BFS will they borrow money or issue stocK? I guess the later if it is needed.
2) I guess the 10% is at the time of ILU( 100K Tonne SR) BFS not APG ( 30K Tonee SR) BFS?
3) How will APG finance the plant - combo equity/cash?
4) For plant costs I guess they should alraedy have the numbers based on my memory of what Asenco has already done for them or will it be more/less because of exchange rate changes.
5) I await more clarity before purchasing more stock.
6) Happy yet concerned shareholder ( Are managment able to deliver, I wonder , I live in hope, which is not a good way to treat investments). Note that clever Engineers don't always make good managment.
7) Time will tell I still hold at least it currently is at a profit.
