re: question about apg I spend too much time on the charts and too little time reading announcements. Can someone enlighten me on this:
A while back I remember APG bought some mining lease (from Western Mining?) in Victoria which was supposed to be packed full of fine mineral sands and which is just what APG specialises in treating to make rutile in its proposed 30K tonne ERMS plant.
Now that APG may get a contract to sell rutile to Iluka, why would APG want to buy ilmenite from Consolidated Rutile? Can't APG use its own? Or are they too busy trying to find gold there and forgot about the mineral sands?
