Well he had substantially less shares after OPES, a demerger would not have helped him personally.
Remember the ol' after the demerger ADY share price will fall and RLL is expected to rise to a PE around 25. Well now ADY is all thats left. Whats is really the valuable asset here?
Phil will still get his baby, you will see. I wonder if he voted on the sale, or perhaps he had a conflict of interest. That is all I need to know to make up my mind.
In fact who owned Rincon? Was it ADY? or was it Phil THOMAS?
