I think that if he confirmed Platinum were in a blackout, then that would also imply there is material news pending and therefore give away too much, given it could only really be Financing or Forestry Approval news IMO and you'd then know for sure it was imminent

Fairly evident Platinum are out of the market though, couple that with the speculation that Forestry is close, it makes sense to me the whole blackout theory

Good to see they also confirmed someone is short the stock as we thought ! The ASIC register doesn't show any real positions, only about 16k so suggests someone is borrowing stock and not reporting (either a broker or custodian) - hence why I said the games wreaked of desperation to me, trying to collapse the price to close out a position before having to report or perhaps nervous of news about to drop and then compete for stock in a rally

That is all in line with what a few of us have been speculating so resting easy now
