I thought PP are providing the finance NOT Noumura so why would you issue shares to Nomura as collateral unless you want to borrow money from them ...firstly Bluemont then PP and now Noumura, who knows may be Nomura will also issue part of those shares to X company to borrow money and give it to PP, too many brokers involved for just 150M financing !!!
