gregy - i prefer aft to ctf anytime.... I recall you were very 'bullish' when PLX became CTF & now for whatever reason when the share reaches an all time high (intraday) you rubbish the stock.

I appreciate you right to say whatever you like but I hope this is not sour grapes.

Bit of hotcop history will go to show who got it right & who got it wrong!!

agreed, pretty ordinary choice for a company that has apparently rejected over 100 'deals' cause they didn't make the grade!

To be fair though they seem to have the necessary patents and approvals to get on with business straight away and they have a few commercial products?

Any Biotech experts have an opinion of the potentrial market for this one? Looking at the EBIT incentive projections they aren't planning to set the world on fire - EBIT of 10m in 2008, either that or they are looking for easy money (likely).

I am gonna go away and attempt some study on this one but looking at the lack of interest over the last few weeks I doubt this is going to be a quick road to riches. looking for levergae I bought a shiteload of ops but zero fully paids so can't participate in the placement.

F*cken joke - i detest biotechs and now I find myself chin deep in one LOL - gimme some decent resource numbers anyday.

BTW being a bit of a shell chaser I also hold IMW and ORC both are pricking up their ears at the moment - I hope they don't take 12 months to come up with something like this. Keep a spare eye on IMW, something more to my liking going on there I think.

Can someone please help out a confused mining dude to understand the merits (if any) of this play.

    Cheers

Hop on the sell side gentleman im happy to be on the bid.

If you read the deal properly you will see the business was purchased for $1m plus incentives $500,000 in cash and 2.5m shares @.20).

Any addition to this issue was based on profit and if you use your calculator to come up with a market value if the company does make the profit hurdles on a pe of say 10-12 which is low for bios it seems very fair indeed.

At .08 the market cap is $4m

eg a company with a ebit of 3m and allowing for the additional shares and reconstruction its hard to see any company that makes 3m have a market cap less than 15m.

It also said the business was already cash flow positive.

It also said the people behind it were subscribing for 1m worth of shares so in effect they are 500k negative in cash for it to be in plx at the 8c close price.

100% of their upside is in the same interests as the shareholders ie if they make a profit and if the share price goes up from the current level.

Based on this all that want to sell ,line up ill be on the BID

I hold shares and applaud dulux forthis one

I also believe they will trade as early as next week, my understanding is that they have to trade prior to shareholders approving the deal and prior to the prospctus lodgements.

If Im right they wont be off the boards till May and those who want to sell can.

I for 1 hope you do.

I hold PLX ,and this is just my opinion.

Speak to your broker for a more informed opinion he might agree a hole in the ground full of black soil is better.

I have been amusing myself reading past PLX(now CTF) posts of about a years duration & perhaps some will learn from the experience & it also suggests that 'patience' is a wonderful thing on occasions.

Where is senosa as your comments would be appreciated.

    Hope gregy held!!

Goodness me even stocko was in on the thread.

    G'day Jones15 -
If you checked out the voluntary disclosure at the bottom of the page U would see I still hold but as you ask, I did sell some options today at 9.9c(see trades)

I did some reading on ORT & seems promising but they need to issue shares or somehow fund another plant at a cost of about $6m. I still do not know what the waste plant actually does so I will go to Shenton Park recycling site & check it out sometime soon.

    Sorry,forgot the expectations query.

Well when CTF relisted I had heard that all going well the target was 50c(see previous posts). Nothing has changed my opinion & as to date the 'boys' at CTF are doing a marvellous job & a recent roadshow to boot.

Now all we need is a few ads on TV so the mums & dads can get on board!!
