I Promise Its Not Bots

Lots of small trades, 4-5 minutes apart in most cases. Classic bot trading.

Although I think this bot has no idea what its doing. $98 and no direction.

Its a lost bot.



I like the 4C. I like the technology. I like the management (although that one time you ignored my email, Paul, will never be forgotten). I hope some more contracts come through which can take this company to the next level.

In relation to the 4C, it stated "excluding the movement in client cash, restructuring costs, and one off legal costs" we would be at $1M positive cash flow. Now lets break this down a bit;

Cash Outflow for Quarter = - $918,000

Which is made up of:
Movements in Client Cash = - $1,284,000
Restructuring Costs = - $9,000
One-off Legal costs = ??? (I think this is under staff costs and will be around $1.3M if without them we would be at $1M positive)

I think that we should exclude movements in client cash from this list. That is a part of the business we operate in, and cannot really be included in revenue projections or anything like that. So I think this quarter we made around 300k  -- there or there about.

Lets now just say this is revenue, and interpolate for a whole year, and use a random PE ratio (25) to find value of company as it stands:
Revenue = 300,000 x 4 = $1.2 M
MC = 25 x 1.2 = $30,000,000

Current MC @ 10.5c = $30,670,000



Pretty spot on if you ask me.

Now this doesn't include any increase.... IN ANYTHING.

I will be buying, not like this company has no irons in the fire. In reality it has only really just started to sort itself out.

I won't be using a bot though.
