If there are enough shareholders think we need more than 5% holding to ask for a special meeting. at that meeting I will take the opportunity to put my name forward as the managing director or director
I would think the company realisticly will still likely go into voluntary administration .However my aim would be to merge the company with another company with a script swap so the KML sharehoders still have shares but probably under another ticker.
obviously this wont work without other sharehoders support so how do we put this proposal to other share holders
