Might pay to contact a couple more big holders such as HSBC and citicorp as they are likely investors on behalf of nominees and have corporate responsibility to look after their clients.

This would need to happen quickly to negate actions of existing Board particularly if they are re-elected at the AGM. Can alternative Directors be proposed at the AGM and if so with the help of the key shareholders put in a new Board including yourself Plough. Previously it was posted that an alternative proposal was supposed to exist that did not involve share reconstruction. Maybe those people if they exist may be willing to come on board the Board. Regretfully I can do no more than make suggestions and wish you well Plough in this. Maybe you should raise this with key shareholders.
