"The presence of psychopathy in the workplace—although psychopaths typically represent a relatively small percentage of workplace staff—can do enormous damage when in senior management roles.[1] Psychopaths are usually most common at higher levels of corporate organizations and their actions often cause a ripple effect throughout an organization, setting the tone for an entire corporate culture. Examples of detrimental effects are increased bullying, conflict, stress, staff turnover and absenteeism; reduction in productivity and in social responsibility.[2] Ethical standards of entire organisations can be badly damaged if a corporate psychopath is in charge.[3] A 2017 UK study found that companies with leaders who show "psychopathic characteristics" destroy shareholder value, tending to have poor future returns on equity.[4]". ...... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychopathy_in_the_workplace. Morrison is that bully DMC.... what he did was tell the entire nation that he was sacking her before he checked the facts of the situation (it was completely inappropriate and juvenile), or spoke with Holgate to check if she had in fact been notified of her dismissal (she hadn't).

DMC you posted the link and then referred to Holgate as someone who was not a victim of bullying. You seem to infer that it is she who is the bully. Is this correct? if not please be clearer.

in fairness I, and I imagine you too, don't know Holgate personally or have the qualification to determine if she is , herself, a psychopath. Many are highly successful executives..... and politicians.
