    Yes no doubt but i contend that like most seriously injured workers who have had their careers ripped away due to recognised serious injuries (im talking serious life changing injuries ) she should, at most ,receive 30% of her income and i would contend it should be more like 10% thats what happens to seriously injured workers .She can still work and has a profile that can command a big pay check still moving forward .I think there is still vast support for her in public in recognition of her achievements and qualifications ,she is by no means unemployable and left on the scrap heap unlike most seriously injured workers.
