I will state for the record, imo, that unless CVN/ECO get production up at a sustainable level, we are far from the bottom in fact.
If they can't, there will be another capital raise, and then repeated, followed by a 10:1 consolidation etc etc..... followed by a repeat of the same process from step 1.
