    Yes you are correct though once the options start being converted ( if they get holders to convert them) it will inject over 10m into Kfe.
    The dfs won’t need the full 10m straight away so my thoughts are get the share price over 10c then conversions should start which then will inject the required $$$ into kfe. This will also reduce any further dilution a CI will bring.
