In regards to staff this is only to be expected. TNY are having to put into place the structures and systems required to integrate a much larger business,without much help from EDS it would be fair to say. This is a massive undertaking and if it comes off all holders should especially grateful to those who pulled it off. Once a deal is done TNY are taking on the whole staff of EDS and this will not be an issue. In additon TNY have some cluey and well respected people at the top to manage an organisation like this (Parker and Barry,ex TLS manager and ex Ericsson QLD head respectively)

Not long to wait now judging by today's action.
