    Information obtained from the Utah Oil & Gas Commission and reproduced in this week's Oil & Gas Weekly shows clearly that Marion never produced 5 mmcf a day. In November the Clear Creek and Helper wells togehter managed 0.7 mmcf a day and in Decmber just 0.66mmcf a day.

    So something seriously wrong with the way Marion has claimed 5 mmcf a day. From the figures reported to the State Commission they never ever produced 1 mmcf a day
