With due respect, you sound like a bit of a front-runner. All talk when the stock price is risng and then looking for answers when it consolidates.
In my eyes, the worst case scenario is HNC deals falls through. Short term pain, still a viable project and many other interested parties.
Best case scenario, HNC deal happens and they become more involved in THR projects and THR shareprice flies.
Probably not too many variables in between. Take it or leave it.
