I agree. I can't justify the $20K I'd need to spend to convert and I know of another option holder of your size who is of a similar mind. However the company mustn't be counting on this any more. Perhaps they already know they'll have funds coming in shortly, and so would rather not dilute.

Will be interesting to see over the next month. Will feel pretty rorted if a deal is announced in the very near future!
