I have spent a couple of hours doing a bit of research... (I really know very little about things... mainly traveling on instinct here).

A few things I learned today...
* It's been about 40 years since the last big discovery.
* The richest deposit is the Norilsk discovery in Russia (estimated value $1T) which only has a footprint of 3.5k's..
It's 1.7% Ni and the mineralisation is about 60m's thick.
* Down hole EM is one of the best ways to detect the high grade ore body... nickel sulphide is highly conductive (so JP's recent confident statements could be very well founded... given the context of the geology they are encountering).

All up... there's plenty to be happy with.
