Hocking already had 19.9% through the CN prior to the Rights Issue they actually sold 5M the week leading into Note Conversion so they would remain under 20% then the 2.5% extra was underwriting the shortfall after shareholders had applied for their piece of it so i'm not sure if it was really intentional to breach that level or just taking up their obligation as underwriter ?
