I've seen some hotspots for some diseases. Forth in Tasmania, there have been cancer clusters there. It's a huge producing food area, crops in almost all the time.
I haven't had a great deal to do with Parkinsons - maybe a few - but, all of them were people who lived on rural blocks - either working with the ground or living right next (very close) to farmland.
I was told that here in Fr, that Parkinsons has been related for quite a long time to farmland. There's one case I know here- a particular kind of Parkinson's - a very horrible thing - and the person's house was a couple of metres away from cropland which was sprayed regularly - don't know with what though.
That particular kind of Parkinson's I'd never heard of - but, it's just a horrible thing. Worse that other's I've seen in the way it attacks the person.
