You are right JJ, they cant. From my experience in attending AGMs rarely does anything exciting get announced. Strictly speaking thats because announcements should be announced as soon as possible, not collected up for a super announcement around the AGM.

To that PJ5 dude, your writing looks very similar to the corporatescreeners way. I noticed that TOX was being bagged at 2c by the same. Surely at 12c the perception of the company is very different now to what it was then.
