I could be wrong but I just thought that there definitely would be an interest component in the monthly lease payments. Therefore that component of the monthly lease payments would not affect EBITDA as interest is not deducted using EBITDA.

I guess more importantly though cash outflows are $33k less per month which is great as you pointed out.

In the bigger scheme of things, in the coming years TOX will substantially increase its profit from increasing revenues and not cost cutting.

Now that there are now no more non core businesses operating within TOX, management can now dedicate its full resources into growing its core businesses organically and through acquisition.
