Have you watched Bush's speeches lately, hardly inspiring for the markets. Looks a beaten man; he needs a new act as the audience is beginning to yawn. The actors in his troop are hardly helping him either, those at home and abroad are like chickens with no heads or maniacs. Compared with the calm composure of Putin, he appears rattled.
