They had no competitive advantage, they were a generic electronics shop where their only hope was to compete on price which they weren't doing well at all.
A major restructure would have to occur and maybe it could have been possible, but is Joe Public ever going to shop there now?
I wouldn't personally unless everything was about 50% off, due to the risk of dealing with them meaning any items purchased are essentially without a warranty.
