I think we need that JORC to confirm the 'discount to peers'. Cant see a satisfactory JORC not coming though, should only be the beginning especially once a scoping study etc can start to demonstrate the reduced capex required to get this off the ground.
Reading up a fair bit on jurisdiction and they are desperate to get projects off the ground for their economy also.
