Yeah you are right, I am probably jumping a bit ahead in assuming the maiden JORC at least hits Brendan's exploration target. I am usually sceptical but given the length of strike and the fact we know 48 of 48 holes in the current program hit mineralisation (admittedly we don't know at what thickness) I am assuming they can at least get the 33Mt of the lower end of the range as an inferred resource.
As for jurisdiction, plenty of people flat out don't like Africa, even putting that aside though, Africa isn't Africa, there are obviously better and worse areas within the continent. From all accounts Namibia seems quite stable and a good mining jurisdiction but risks should still always be considered and accounted for.
