Anyway, I'll let everyone here believe that flow rate isn't important. It's obvious that locals here only want to read what they want to believe.
Just for the record, I believe the news should be good. They have probably started establishing some form of flow rates, and is now in the process of establising a stabilised flow rate before announcing it to the market. But to claim that the flow rate has little implication on the net appraisal is just a joke.
