I see BAL lower, page-27

The second article I found interesting. It pins some of the blame on the ASX and ASIC due to the reporting timeframes and trade opening issue - not enough time is the consensus. I was expecting a post-close release as I guess most were, but on Thursday and not lunch time Wednesday. I already posted before about being misled twice since I bought this stock in December. Read the articles, both are quick reads with much better insight than I had before. Unfortunately, such articles come after the trauma of being stung.

Now, given Bellamy's disclosure actions and no punishment being wielded (or considered as far as I can tell), will other companies use this is a pretext to "bend the non-enforceable rules" ?
