I see BAL lower, page-30

That's my question, how much cash BAL needs to survive and if they knew they are in need of cash why they didn't do the CR at $13?
Now if they need cash what's the issue price? $3? $2? to make sure they get all they need. Hmmm I remember some of you saying that BAL will be $20 very soon and it was very very tempting to buy in but I am so glad I didn't.
I do not think that all is lost as long as they raise the capital needed and then they will need to regain the trust in the market.
