    They current Board would be better off diluting Black Prince and its friends by seeking a friendly private placement. Saves costs and gets them some protection from Jan and Co. Not sure who would be prepared to step into the fold though given the other matters outstanding and other looming impacts on BAL in the next 12 months. The price has some way to come off further so possible candidates may well want to wait some more. $1.93 here we come.
