And the ingredients for it, are everywhere around the world.

Where there is "extraordinary" profits - businesses everywhere around the world will set up to chase it.

Great example - Iron Ore demand and supplies.

The window of opportunity will not last a long.

The question is whether this self-inflicted wound will make it harder for BAL to catch up.
