    It already says in the announcement that Melbourne airport will fund and then lease it to CANN Group. CAN is responsible for the fitout and the tech (which is normal for any leasee)

    So why is Melbourne airport willing to take a risk? Because they did their own due diligence and know that this is big and long term play.
