WA will wait awhile and the prices will go up again. Especially with everyone getting jobs in mining, construction and exploratiion. And it subtracts a lot of jobs from housing, so with all the people working away, houses aren't being built even though the city is bulging with foreign workers. Half the workers are kiwis, and the rest from WA and the eastern states, also a couple of poms who've been lucky enough to escape England. A lot of poms have moved to Perth in the last ten years.
That's what I reckon.
