i thinks what badinvest is trying to say is tradespeople who normally would be building houses in Perth have taken a job up north

I've heard to address skills shortage mining companies are looking at fly in fly out much further away than Perth to source cheaper labour

I've also heard of Australians do fly in fly out from Bali

I dont know if either are true, come be something someone just made up
