    Real Estate is now a non performing asset.

    My stock portfolio has returned 50%+ this year. My single IP nothing but bills and heartbreak (especially after the tennant moved out). Plus all that non productive equity tied up!

    And another thing... if you want the true valuation of your property (rather than the agents "independant" valuation report) then must download data from HomePriceGuide. You will get an unpleasant dose of reality.


    So my bearish sentiment is based on my own data.
