Registry Services Clarification

In September 2012 Asset Resolution Limited acquired certain assets from the Premium Income Fund
and the Fund received 830,532,768 shares in Asset Resolution Limited which it then transferred to the Unitholders in the Fund.

Each Unitholder in the Premium Income Fund consequentially received in September 2012, by way of transfer
a share in Asset Resolution Limited for each unit they held in the Fund.
Armstrong Registry Services was the registry services provider for Asset Resolution Limited from September 2012
until the Asset Resolution Limited board recently resolved to appoint Link Market Services as its registry services provider.
Armstrong Registry Services continues to be the registry services provider to the Premium Income Fund.

Consequently all enquiries relating to holdings of units in the Premium Income Fund should be directed
