Better to clear up the issues now, and offer attaching Share options to holders at the same amount as the CEO. Only provide the CEO with shares purchased on market for the options package. ie: The options get exercised and the shares become the CEO's. All Holders can decide if to exercise theres. The company can then use the funds to pay down debt, expansion or Share Buy Back....
