    PE swoops in and conquers emasculated asset and engages in what's crudely alluded to as a "pump-and dump" scenario.Walks off with copious profits after 12-24 mths. and SHs, new and old, are left decimated.
    As a preferable substitute, new and old SHs also enjoy said gains after PE clean-out and clean-up of Bal. Sheet are enacted.
    Best to all and simply IMHO.
