Yep - further dilution - but that is what you all want
then along come FAS and get their 51% and guess what - there are damn more shares in play - and all that means is further dilution
this in my opining is a really negative play by GWR as has not taken into account any further increase in offer that may potentially help GWR holders to jump ship (i mean 18% to go - common folks - think about it - does Gary not read the press releases !!!!)
He just cost us a truckload !!!
