IMO there is more to the trading halt than just possible cap raising.
Remember GWR shareholders are awaiting information from Management as to whether to move to FAS or remain as a GWR shareholder. The key presently is the JORC update. The longer it takes to provide updates to the market (GWR shareholders) with a confirmed JORC upgrading following up on the recent inferred update the less chance GWR shareholders will remain whilst FAS may up the ante. Every day till the 13 December is critical.
