I don't know where Adriano1 gets his YoY growth figure from. The current growth in graphite demand is between 12-18% YoY with Japan increasing their demand by nearly 57% last year. Graphite is a core product in the electronics industry and even more so in plastics with nano carbon based plastics being more frequently used in industry sectors like LED lighting for heatsinks. What we are seeing with graphite is exactly the same as when nylon and other plastics were introduced, everyone said they were a fad, short lived. Maybe you are still hung up in that era Adriano1!
