property is valued at 410k...or so they bought it for in 2009

my landlord, like most people who bought in the last few years, PROBABLY DOESNT SLEEP WELL

we plan to buy in 3 years for lifestyle reasons....maybe we won't have a mortgage then?? who knows??

i sleep well in a falling real estate market with no prospect for capital growth here for years
