BLY was recently pumped from nothing to a similiar number, anyway whatever is happening 38 was the magical number, never seen a share so blatant to close at a certain price, its amazing how just on 4.09 that all those big sell orders were reduced in the screens, next week they will be so thin like my toilet paper so it can run again, too much been pumped in for this baby too stop
