This name is one of the best med-long term prospects around, in the small cap energy space - IMO. Its key differentiator is as a proven operator in SE Asia - as evidenced by Zhao Dong (to lesser extent Cliff Head), and hopefully soon to include Balai Cluster fields. If ROC gets a good reputation on operating RSC's then there are many, many small oil and gas projects all over Asia they can be brought into. Management is steady, and it is delivering on its strategy. While its not sexy, compared to the current shale gas extravaganza BRU SXY et al, you can see this company morphing into a much bigger SE Asia player over time, with a methodical building block approach.
