    Problem with a divi is once you start , it becomes an expectation and thus very hard to stop . Perhaps when Balai is done and in pay back phase .
    I have on many occasions asked the company about divis and answer has always been no current intently to pay a divi
    Ps - I Agree the close was impressive and unexpected
