I understand you point and we all agree the current cash and future prospects are bright. But the problem with what you are saying is you are assuming a lot. "if" and "likely". There is no doubt there is potential for this to boom, but there is uncertainty on life after Atlas and scaling up to be a multi-site miner. Even Atlas is still having numerous feasibility aspects finalised, roads, electrical, etc. Plus they need to down tools and transition to the site, which cuts output and add transition risk.
The things that are likely to provide some uplift.

• The updated feasibility of Atlas by end of this year.
• Updates on drilling at Hyperion and Helene
• Zircon price

I'm hoping for good news, and remove some of the "ifs" from the equation.
