Whilst i agree with the CB comments i think if you have a look through the announcements NB had almost nothing to do with the company when the share price ran (or more importantly) when revenues increased.

I think you will find this all went south/started to go wrong when Charlie's golden boy Max came in and management left. And i believe that once Dick Wright passed the writing was on the wall.
