What I did say. he is expected to articulate clearly his governments policy positions and to be questioned on these and to be challenged if it is felt he is withholding information that voters have the right to know.

No-one has risen to the "Capman Challenge". Instead, we are told to have some sort of blind faith normally reserved for crackpot religions. It is hardly a good investment or risk management strategy.
